Engineering and CAPEX manager

The tasks :

• Responsible for ensuring that all health and safety requirements of the employees and the company are met and are in line with current legislation
• Responsible for the engineering projects
• Responsible for CAPEX follow-up
• Responsible of engineering department

The profile :

• Experience of management in an ISO 9001, 14644 and GMP environment
• Experience of writing quality manuals and SOPs
• Hands on experience in the manufacture of blown containers and closures using the following processes: injection stretch blow moulding, extrusion blow moulding, injection blow moulding and injection moulding
• A good understanding of the processes involved in container production
• Previous supervisory / management experience
• Previous experience of training and team building
• Must be able to work to deadlines and perform to the highest standards of customer service
• Language skills, English, French good written and spoken
• Working knowledge of CAPEX management

Additional skills :

• Previous experience of the selected machinery and processes
• Previous knowledge or experience of printing onto plastic
• Knowledge and prior use of measuring equipment for containers and closures
• Knowledge or experience of the latest techniques used in the quality assurance of plastic parts
