Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of resin-based household and garden consumer products.

As part of its development, they are seeking for a Financial Controller / Plant Manager for their International Region market who will be based in Niedercorn (Luxembourg).

Your Missions:

Reporting to the Finance Manager and interacting with accounting departments, customer service and key account managers, you will work on the financial activities of the International market unit. Therefore, you will have different responsibilities and manage different projects:

• Follow up and analyze the International sales and margin level on EDB ;
• Manage the pricing tool to support our KAMs ;
• Perform and control monthly closing operations (provisions, allocations, rebates level) ;
• Ensure the International P&L accuracy (right GL accounts, Business Areas, Segments, Cost centers) and analyze variances YoY and vs. forecast ;
• Edit and comment monthly Group reports ;
• Set-up, update and maintain SAP rebate agreements ;
• Prepare & control agent commissions and customer bonuses ;
• Follow up the cash collection and prepare weekly cash forecast;
• Study credit insurance needs and simulate the exposure via PBI ;
• Support on ad-hoc tasks and participate in other projects.

Your Profile:

• Graduated from a business school (Master degree) with a specialization in Finance/Controlling, Accounting or Business Management ;
• Ideally proven professional experience of 3 to 5 years (including internship) in a comparable position or an auditing firm ;
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint ; SAP FI/CO and PBI are considered as a plus;
• English and French are the working languages (C1 minimum in English);
• Proactive, Openness, Analytical, Problem Solving oriented and Think Fast team player.
