SALES MANAGER

Are you looking for a position in the mechanical industry, focused on innovation and creativity in the north of Luxembourg? Do you like to travel and take on new challenges ?

Tasks :

  • In this role you will be responsible for the sales of various machine platforms.
  • You will be responsible for the sales strategy and the development of new business models.
  • You will oversee the long-term relationship with our customers, including the sale of new machines, upgrades and services.
  • You will contribute to the development of our machine platforms through your knowledge of customers and the market.
  • We expect to explore and exploit new markets, using existing and new technologies.

Profile :

  • You have a proven track record in complex technical sales and delivery processes in an international customer environment of 10 years.
  • You have a university education, preferably in a technical field.
  • You are a communicative leader with a clear and positive communication style.
  • You are a results-oriented people manager who not only manages the sales team, but also inspires and motivates them.
  • You are able to convince people of the added value the company offers.
  • You are willing to travel part of the time and are fluent in spoken and written English.
  • French and German are an advantage.
